How to Split a PDF into Multiple Files
Sometimes one big PDF needs to become several smaller ones: separating chapters of a report, pulling a single signed page out of a contract, or breaking a scanned book into manageable parts.
There are two common ways to split a PDF. You can extract a specific range of pages (say pages 3 to 8) into a new file, or split every N pages into separate files. Either way, the original pages are copied exactly, so there is no quality loss.
To split a PDF with PdfWill: open the Split PDF tool, upload your file, choose a page range or interval, and download. Multiple output files come bundled in a ZIP, and everything is processed in your browser.
If you only wanted to drop a few pages rather than split, the remove pages tool deletes them instead. And to recombine files later, the merge tool joins them back into one.
