How to Rotate a PDF and Save It Permanently

Scanners and phone cameras often capture pages sideways or upside down. Viewing them is annoying, printing them is worse. Rotating a PDF fixes the orientation so the document always opens the right way up.

The key is that the rotation must be saved into the file, not just applied in your viewer. Many readers let you rotate the on-screen view, but that change is lost the moment you close the file. A proper rotate PDF tool rewrites the page orientation permanently.

To rotate a PDF with PdfWill: open the Rotate PDF tool, upload your file, turn the pages left or right until they look correct, and download. The new orientation is baked into the saved PDF.

If only some pages are wrong, the page manager lets you reorder and adjust individual pages. And if the scan also needs trimming, the crop tool removes unwanted margins.
